Description
Set of 16 medals created for online gaming clan [101]st Screaming Eagles
Based on real modern military counterparts, each medal was referenced after the real thing but intentionally created in a fantasy/gaming "style" for a more unique look, as well as match the main Flash site. (See 101st Gaming Clan Interface)
These medals are awarded to clan members for performing various feats of skill within gaming matches.
All medals made in Photoshop CS3
Techniques:
-Brushing for background
-Pen tool, basic shapes
-Fabric texture
-Gradients/blending options applied to each ribbon/texture layer to do the stripes
-various metal layer styles
